A Deep Breath

Today, we are reminded to take a deep breath and to not let our lives be dictated by fear - conscious or unconscious.
It takes courage to make changes and shifts in our lives, especially when we are in new undertakings either emotionally or physically.
Unchartered waters typically bring up old fears and stories, as well as fear of the unknown. This also frequently happens when we are about to up-level into the next phase of our self-development and connection with Spirit.
We are urged to be courageous and to step into radical trust with the Universe.
The old saying “the only way out is through,” is both wise and true. It nudges us to come out of avoidance and resistance and to grow. Additionally, when we step further into perceived discomfort, we often find that it is not as challenging as we had imagined.
Indeed, anticipation is more often than not a greater challenge than the event or experience itself.
This forward movement in trust also assists us in rewriting old belief and behavior patterns that life is too difficult and should be avoided.
And, each time we allow ourselves to experience such a shift, it empowers us to be more willing to do it the next time.

Breath is the elixir of life and will reveal myriad secrets to assist you in setting yourself free.
