Accept & Allow
We are being asked each day to step into greater acceptance of “what is.” This is about becoming more present and letting go of old stories and conditioning that we have learned. When we accept what is, it is not that we are saying that nothing is “wrong” or that we do not have feelings about something or that we do not like something. Rather, we are letting go of our resistance to “what is.”
This letting go of resistance detaches our energy from what is happening and we are no longer contributing our energy to continue to foster the situation - wanted or unwanted. Instead, acceptance provides us the opportunity to see from new and different perspectives. It enables us to come back to self and find our empowerment.
The refocusing on self further provides an opportunity for us to see what we are truly feeling and, if we are willing to investigate, what is at the root of these feelings. This creates an opportunity for choice and growth.
Acceptance is key to being present - and it is key to stepping into allowing.
Again, when we accept, we no longer push against, deny, fight, or refuse. We come out of victimhood or perpetrator - we come out of the external. This reconnection with self provides us the space to engage with our power and our choice. It enables us to see other options.
Allowing things to be as they are is the next step for this too enables us to see other options. It also creates the space and opportunities for solutions to find their way to us and for us to receive from our Higher Selves and Spirit.
These keys to presence are what enable us to step into a higher frequency and higher dimensionality. Employing these keys may feel deeply uncomfortable at first and quite unfamiliar. With practice, what once seemed impossible becomes possible and we find ourselves in greater peace. This peace is then reflected to us more and more in our outside world.
Take the time to connect in today to your heart space and your guidance. Where are you not in acceptance? Where are you not being present?
Where are you pushing against “what is?” Do you believe that to accept “what is” you must have to agree with it or like it? What obstacles come up for you as you work to accept “what is?” What do these obstacles reveal to you?
What if everything was perfect just as it was? What if “what is” is an opportunity for you for greater healing and growth?
What if there is no need to do anything about it except to go inside?
Do you recognize how attachment and non-acceptance keep you entangled in a situation - even one that you have removed yourself from because the energetic cords are still connected?
Are you willing to choose to allow and release so that you may set yourself free? How does it feel when you imagine doing this?
What does this exercise reveal for you about how you are engaging with the world, especially with the increasing energies and increasing unknowns?
