Be Peace

Dove Spirit comes forward today to invite us into a conversation around Peace.

Similar to Joy, we are encouraged to think of peace as a state of beingness and to actively cultivate this state in our daily lives.

How do we do this?

The first step is to allow love and compassion to fill our hearts. If this seems difficult or unknown, simply start to breathe into your heart space and use your mind to imagine that your heart is filled with love, then compassion, then peace. Imagine what this would feel like; what would it look like; what creates these feelings for you?

Are you tranquil, relaxed, and at ease?

Once you feel this inner tranquility, allow that energy to expand outward from you - first radiating out into your auric field and energy bodies, then into room around you, and, then, into individual aspects of your life. Hold this peace-filled energy and allow it to broaden until it touches all aspects of your life.

When we practice this process, we soon realize that we are able to connect with a sense of peace more quickly and more easily. We are then able to carry it with us throughout our everyday experiences. We come to understand that peace is within us always and we begin to use this tool (and others) to bring peace to ourselves whenever our outer world is in turmoil. We also become more able to nurture ourselves with loving care.

Thereafter, we quickly begin to discover that we can share our inner peace with others without much effort - e.g. holding the vibration ourselves, a smile, a compliment, a small gesture.

As we continue to practice maintaining our own peace-filled state, we come to a deeper consciousness - a knowingness - that we are in sync with all that is - that we are in partnership with the divine and Gaia. This then opens us up even further to intuition, clear vision, prophecy, wisdom, and creative manifestation.
