Cellular Infusion

Today’s affirmation invites you into greater relationship with your physical cells and your quantum DNA.

Breathe into your heart space, a little slower and deeper. Feel yourself settle into this present moment. Feel your heart open and feel gratitude well up within you. Repeat this affirmation three times in the morning and three times before you fall asleep, or more as you feel called.

If you would like to take this experience deeper, take this affirmation into meditation. Visualize your cells receiving infusions of love and life-force energy. Allow this to fill you and expand into your subtle bodies as well. Claim sovereignty over your cellular structure and intend to release all things known and unknown, conscious and unconscious that are not in your highest vibration through the body’s regular release processes.

Visualize your cells in health and wellness, performing perfectly. Visualize your quantum DNA and intend for its activation and integration into your physical cellular structure. (You may perceive this as a process of weaving into the cells.)

Thank your amazing body for all that it allows you to do and experience each day. As you do this, allow the love from your heart to envelope your entire body.

As we continue to step into these new energies, we will come into entirely new relationships with our magnificent bodies. We will learn that they are capable of more than we have ever imagined - or heard of in myth and legend.
