Compassionate Action

Today, we have a beautiful affirmation from the Manifesting Your Mastery Deck by Monika Muranyi.

Breathe deeply into your heart space finding a natural rhythm that is a little slower and a little deeper than your normal breath. Your body knows this breath and will fall into it with ease. As you continue to breathe into your heart space, feel the energy and love building in your chest and spilling out into your biofield. Continue breathing into this space and allow yourself to become deeply centered feeling your guides and angels all around you.

If you do not sense or feel them, imagine what their presence feels like. What do you notice?

Repeat this affirmation three times in the morning and three times before you retire for the evening to bed. You may also repeat it as often during the day as you feel called to do so.

What do you feel in your body when you repeat this affirmation?

What do you feel in your heart?

What do you feel in your mind?

Do you feel a sense of peace and harmony? Hope?

What else do you feel?

Where do these feelings come from?

Do you believe you are connected to the love of Source? Will you allow yourself to feel it?

What does compassion mean to you?

What does compassionate action mean to you?

What can you do in your day today to express compassionate action and love to other(s)?

What do you find when you do so?

Remember that this can be as simple as saying prayers for most benevolent outcomes and holding others in their highest good, wellness, and solution for whatever they are experiencing. And, do not forget to hold yourself in compassion and love as well - for you deserve it!
