Don’t Worry About Negative Thoughts

As we continue our discussion of life from an energetic perspective, the foregoing question is an important one. As humans, we often have negative thoughts or awareness of potential negatives leading to concerns, “what if’s,” and “worries.” As indicated above, what is important is not the thought or the awareness of the thought; rather, it is how much energy we put into these thoughts and whether we activate these thoughts so that they then have their own energy and power of attraction.

Knowing this allows us to be kinder and gentler to ourselves when we do have negative thoughts or concerns, and it allows us to more easily shift our attention to something more positive, including what is before us in the NOW moment for which we can be grateful. One might say that a negative thought is a normal part of the human experience and the gift of consciousness allows us to choose where we will put our focus and attention, in other words our energy.

Indeed, we have been conditioned to worry and be concerned that we are making mistakes or doing something “wrong.” This stems from the “survival consciousness” of the old paradigm. Increasingly over the past couple of decades, we have been offered more and more opportunities to shift out of this consciousness and to realize that there are no mistakes and that there is nothing wrong - and, perhaps even more so, that there is nothing wrong with each of us. At this time, we are surrounded by a new and powerful light that supports and facilitates the embodiment of these concepts even more.

We now have the opportunity to see that everything is teaching us and we are energetic beings having an embodied existence. When we understand that we are energetic beings, we can begin to look at ourselves and our behaviors from a frequency perspective, including learning that resistance is both when we are pushing or pulling for or against anything.

This allows us to uncover what we are doing and explore why we are doing it. It allows the unconscious to become conscious. Such awareness and those that come as a subsequent product of that awareness lead us to become aware of our energy and how that energy is creating our reality. Then, we have the opportunity to learn to release what no longer serves us, as well as to play with and align our energy so that we are not unknowingly sabotaging our desires or limiting what we are creating. This is when we start to experience life in flow and synchronicity.

After connecting with your heart space and inviting in the presence of your guidance team, reflect upon your relationship with worry, concern, negative expectations, and negative thoughts.

Do you have them?

When do they show up?

What do you do when you have such thoughts, worries, concerns?

Do you feel anxious?

Do you feel like you can’t help but do something wrong - whether it is creating - or worrying about the creation - or - how you are sabotaging it?

Do you trust yourself?

Do you trust Spirit?

Ask your guidance team to reveal to you what you most need to know at this time to facilitate a kinder and gentler relationship with your thoughts. What is shared with you?

Do you see that a simple thought is not activated? Do you see when that thought becomes activated? If not, are you paying attention to what is happening in your immediate life? Allow yourself to be aware of everything that is happening in your experience and you will see what you need to know reflected back to you in a very short period of time.

Are you willing to center, ground, pivot and realize that just as you began to create something you do not desire, you have the ability to shift your frequency and create something else?
