Following the intense transmutation energies of the Eclipse, Gaia comes forward today to offer us support by calling us back to our grounded center.
Our great Mother is our partner in this evolution of consciousness and is offering us an abundance of healing energy. The consciousness of Gaia invites us to open our hearts and to receive her love.
Today, take time to breathe and, if possible, to be in nature - even if it is just putting your bare feet on a small piece of grass.
As you breathe, focus on your heart center and allow your senses to expand. In this expanded state, reach out to Gaia and invite her presence to come to you. What do you feel? Ask her to come even closer. Allow yourself to connect even deeper. Are you able to tune into the heartbeat of the Earth?
Listen, feel, and allow.
When you come back to your body look around and spend a few moments noticing the flow of nature. Allow yourself to see and to receive the harmony, balance, and flow that is all around you in nature.
How can you take this harmony and flow into your day?
Remember, self-care will help you to maintain connection with this harmony and flow. Self-care will also help you to remain grounded and open.
These actions, along with the support of our Great Mother, will assist each of us as we leap forth into this new consciousness paradigm.
