Feel Different to Experience Different

We often think we are feeling differently through our words - and their repetition. Today’s reminder is that we are invited to really feel our feelings so that we can have more information about them and become conscious of why we feel the way we do and how we would prefer to feel.
Often times we need to feel things to heal things - this is because it brings the needed information into our conscious awareness - activates the codes of that information within our quantum cellular structure - so that it can be transformed through our consciousness. Resistance and denial make this more difficult. Thus, feeling our feelings opens the door to deeper relationship with self and being able to release more of what limits and blocks us.
When we open this way, we also open to greater feelings of joy, hope. and wonder. And, if we allow it, we learn what this feels like in our bodies so that we are able to access it more often and with greater ease. As we practice this, it becomes easier to see when we are thinking our feelings and deceiving ourselves. AND, it becomes easier to feel when we have elevated our frequency and shifted our focus to something that feels better so that we can step out of the “what-is” and create what we desire.
This is an art form that we are encouraged to practice in the new energies we are surrounded with at this time. This practice is part of welcoming a new balance in our lives and embracing more of our multidimensionality as an energetic creator being.

As you do, reflect upon how much you allow yourself to feel? Do you think your feelings? Is this common experience a habit or part of your conditioning?
Are you able to pivot easily?
Do thoughts and feelings linger - perhaps even feel like that haunt you?
Are you willing to see beyond “what-is” and allow for possibility and what might be?
Are you willing to shift your feeling to something more positive, even if it just in small steps and degrees? Have you practiced doing this? Are you willing to practice this more?
Are you able to feel the difference in your thoughts and allowing more positive feelings to fill your auric field? What do you experience as you try this?
Are you able to embrace the joy of this child above running through the water and allow that joy to fill your heart?
If there are children in your experience today, do you notice the awe and wonder they have for life?
Are you able to embrace more of this awe and wonder in your life today? What happens when you do?
Are you willing to allow your feelings to be your guide?
