High Heart

Our High Heart is our center of divine, cosmic love.

It is located just above the physical heart area and radiates with a bright irridescent pink/magenta glow.

The High Heart is full of compassion and connects us to the Oneness of all that is.

The current energies are facilitating our connection with our High Heart. With this connection, we are able to embody more of our Higher Selves and our divine light. This allows us to live in a more heart-centered way and to embrace more and more joy in our lives. It also allows us to access deeper levels of personal healing, deeper levels of giving and receiving, and deeper levels of gratitude for all of our many blessings.

We are also able to be messengers of divine love in each of our interactions and experiences in our daily lives. We are further able to better form and support one another in community.

As it radiates from us, we are also able to act as lighthouses around the globe to support humanity and the planet in this ascension of consciousness.

Take a few moments today and breathe into your High Heart center. Allow the energy to fill there and then to overflow all around you until you are surrounded in a bubble of bliss.
