Importance of Safety
As the world seems to fall into greater chaos, drama, and unknown, I was asked to share a reminder today of building the trinity of Safety, Trust, and Balance in your life. This practice allows us to go within and come into coherence and alignment with our Higher Heart. It allows us to see through the Illusion of Separation and step out of the fear mindset.
This is critical to fostering and maintaining our inner peace so that we are non-reactive and may practice our own discernment as we step into this huge time of metamorphosis for humanity.
We have been conditioned to believe we need a savior and that power is outside of us. This serves to disempower us and we give our power away to others so that we may feel safe.
We are reminded today that safety that comes from and relies on the external will never provide us the safety, peace, and freedom we are seeking. Instead, it creates the opposite - it creates the desire for power over others, as well as the potential for manipulation and, further, causes us to seek to control every aspect of our experiences. It leaves us perpetually stressed out.
Spirit is asking us to go within and to find our connection to our inner divinity. This is a part of you and can never be taken from you. It not only will assist you in navigating any challenge that may arise, it will also eliminate the veils and allow you to access greater clarity.
We are being asked to observe and bring our awareness to everything that we do. This will allow us to better understand ourselves. It will allow us to “see” how we interact with the world. This awareness will then allow us to bring greater consciousness and choice to all aspects of our lives. In this process, we also begin to learn discernment.
The further benefits of this practice are greater access to our intuition, the integration of inner polarities, and greater connectedness to all that is. This is true safety. And, this allows us to step into divine partnership with self, with Spirit, with other - and with the greater Cosmos.
It will also allow us to step into a greater relationship with surrender to the divine so that we can more gracefully navigate any anxieties, worries, doubts, or concerns that are triggered within us as the energies and activations continue to bombard us. We are preparing for the upcoming eclipse energies that will increase the energies we experience even more.
As a divine creator, you are responsible for the world you create and today you are invited to connect within and feel the presence of your guides and angels - the love of Source within you and all around you. As you connect, allow this love and light to fill you up. And, as you go through your day, simply bring awareness to all that you do, what you are feeling as you do it, and choose to see all as a positive part of our human expansion.
