Let It GO!

Today, we are invited by Spirit to let our stories go. Not only do our stories have the potential to keep us in the same vibration recreating the same story, they can make us a hostage to our emotions and ego. Indeed, our stories can become a prison where we are the ones holding up the bars - and they are all that we can see in front of our faces.

We are encouraged to drop our stories and let go of the bars. When we do, we realize there were never even bars behind us or to our sides. We set ourselves free. This process also invokes forgiveness of self and of other. It involves shedding our roles, including victim and/or martyr for example, and embracing a new identity.

Releasing our stories may be painful and takes us on a journey of cutting or cutting through what has formed and bound us to our stories. This also allows us to release control, release the need for power over someone or something, as well as the need to be right.

Until we can see more clearly, we believe these beliefs, habits, behaviors help us or keep us safe. In contrast, when we can see, we realize and discover that we have been imposing tremendous and unnecessary burdens on our lives. We also see how we have been keeping ourselves small and settling.

It is time, Dearest Ones, to cut the invisible and visible cords that keep you stuck. It is time to stop victimizing and/or punishing yourselves. It is time to allow yourselves to say no. It is time to allow yourselves to say yes. It is time to value yourselves and know you deserve. It is time to allow yourselves and become willing to disengage from drama and chaos. It is time to step into a place of radical responsibility and forgiveness of self and other. It is time to reclaim yourselves and be you, Beloveds.

Take the time to meditate with your guides and angels today. Ask them to reveal what you most need to know or see or feel in this process of releasing.

Look deeply at all areas of your life to see where things are no longer serving you and investigate:

Where do you feel stuck?

Where do you feel trapped?

Where do you feel you are in prison - physically, emotionally, and/or spiritually?

Where do you want to change your behaviors - where do you wish you could say no; where do you want to say yes?

Where do you want to change your behavior?

Do you believe the story you are telling or pattern you are experiencing is serving you? Is this true? How do you feel if you look closer?

Will you allow yourself to see the story from other perspectives or through different lenses?

Do you feel it is your job, duty, or obligation when you look at your stories? Where does this belief come from?

Do you believe it is just the way it is? Do you believe you have to? Are you willing to allow yourself more?

Are you willing to take full responsibility for your life and its creation?

Is forgiveness work needed for yourself or with regard to another?

Are you allowing the judgments of other people, real or imagined, to keep you stuck?

Are you willing to experience and claim your innate, inherent value?

Are you willing to set yourself free?

This is a profound period of time to bring your stories, belief systems, patterns, habits into your awareness so that what is no longer serving you may be released. This process involves awareness, willingness, intention, and integration. And, it all leads you to greater wholeness and coherence, Beloveds. You are not alone in this process and we celebrate your quest of discovery and your freedom.

Tie it up in a bow, and let it go❣️

May it be so for you today with as much grace and ease as possible, along with deep knowingness of your value and the experience of self-love.
