Look For The Light

Today, we receive a reminder to look for the light within and without. As the world seems to fall into greater chaos, we are called to go within and to embrace the light of our hearts. We are reminded that, as part of our service to the collective, we are the lighthouses in the storm anchoring the light of Source deep within the Earth.

You are the living temple of love, of light, of Source energy on this planet. And, you are not alone. Everything is part of the greater plan, even if it does not make sense to the brain.

We are reminded to create our sense of inner peace and to bring that peace with us wherever we go. It will radiate through all of those with whom we cross paths. This is one of the most effective ways that we can be of service at this time.

The love and light that you are are inextricably intertwined within you. We have been encouraged to BE the love that each of us is. Today, we are also urged to BE the light that we are so that others may find their own way - for each must choose their own path.

Take the time to meditate or quiet the mind today. Allow yourself to connect with your heart space and as you breathe into that space, allow your light to expand and fill up your entire biofield. Intend to ground that light and love into the center of the Earth. Intend also to connect with the Great Central Sun through your crown. As the support of the Earth and the Great Central Sun return and connect within you feel the explosion and expansion of light within the divine flame that dwells within you. Allow this deep connection to nurture and sustain you. Allow yourself to feel and to know that everything is and will be okay. Stay in this energy as long and as frequently as possible throughout your days.
