Compassionate Action
Affirmations are one of the fastest ways to reprogram the subconscious mind. The subconscious is responsible for 90-95% of our reactions in our everyday life - unless and until we begin to choose to live with greater conscious awareness. Fortunately, the subconscious is eager to learn and to help us live life better. Thus, I was nudged to select from the affirmations deck for today’s message.
Take a deep breath into your heart center. Repeat the foregoing affirmation three times in the morning and three times before bed. If you are drawn to repeat it more often throughout your day, that is welcome also.
Allow yourself to feel into the idea of compassionate action. Compassionate action is holding someone, some place, some event, some situation etc. in your attention in the way in which Source would do so - resolved in health, well-being, love, abundance, and benevolence. This can be extended without limitation.
When we keep our alignment to Source, and then send love and compassion to a person, place, event, or thing from that alignment while holding resolution for them/it in love and with the law of Grace, we honor sovereignty and send our energetic assistance in powerful and profound ways.
We cannot assist others when we lower our vibration to match theirs. However, when we hold our frequency and share our energetic love we assist them in vibrating higher. This is at the heart of compassionate action and something that is always available to us to do in any situation.
