Mindfulness
Today, we are greeted by the Wizard of Awareness, who reminds us to bring stillness and mindfulness to everything in our experience. Indeed, this reminder includes not only the chaos of the external world, but also the inner world within each of us.
What are you doing today to cultivate your inner world? Is your inner world peace-filled? Is your inner world frenetic or anxious?
Take the time today to connect with your heart space and assess what is happening within you. All that is needed is the desire and willingness to connect, ask, and listen with your heart. Your inner beings and soul will speak to you. Your guidance team will speak to you. Observe and allow. From this place, you will find a natural neutrality for triggers, stresses, and discomforts. As you practice this, you will find greater clarity and understanding arising within you.
This invitation also requests that you recognize that nothing is personal. Rather, others responses are about them and formulated from their filters, perspectives, traumas, etc. The better question is what energetic is being reflected back to you from others.
Furthermore, you are encouraged to recognize that everything is in constant motion - everything is change. Sometimes change does not happen quickly enough or in the way in which we would prefer. However, this does not take away from the fact that everything is always in motion - always in a state of shift and evolution. This is often revealed in hindsight. It is even more challenging at times in the intensity and amplification of energies we are currently experiencing. Patience is encouraged - and patience is facilitated and reinforced by perspective and observation.
The Wizard of Awareness invites you to let go of the need to know, to control, to define, and to understand. By doing so, you also release the limitations of habit, patterning, and conditioning. You step into possibility and into greater freedom.
Take the time today connect with your guidance team. Ask them to reveal to you where in life you would benefit from greater mindfulness, observation, and neutrality. As you go through your day, consciously engage in these practices. What do you notice? Is there a shift in your frequency? Is there a shift in your experience of synchronicity? Do you find resistance or hesitation - within or without? What is being reflected back to you from others.
Embrace whatever you notice with love and compassion knowing that it is all leading you to greater wholeness and more multidimensional experience.
