Puppy Joy

Today, I was asked to share with you an example of unbridled joy and being in the present. Our animals are able to show us how to do this and are such wonderful teachers when we lose sight of the present and become lost in the fog of everyday life.

They are also amazing at showing us how to allow ourselves to reclaim our innocence and embrace play.

This is fundamental to accessing our inspiration and living at a higher vibration.

I hope you enjoy the magic and phenomenal joy that sprinkles of water brought to this fantastic member of my family. It makes me smile deeply within my heart and soul. It ignites the playfulness of all aspects of myself.

May it do the same for you and may you find joy and playfulness in many aspects of your experiences of today.
