Questions

Today’s message is a quote from Kate Northrup:

“The quality of our lives is determined by the quality of the questions we ask.”

The questions we ask are at the heart of curiosity and wonder. The questions are not only revealing in the information that they assist us in discovering, but also in what they reveal about ourselves.

Are you willing to ask questions without judgment?

Are there questions you are not asking because you are judging yourself or others?

Are you allowing curiosity in some areas of life, but in resistance to asking questions in others?

Do you feel there is only so much you can handle?

Do you feel like you want to uncover all the secrets of the Universe?

How do you feel about discovering all of the secrets about yourself?

Are you afraid of anything? If so, what?

Take the time to reflect today about the questions you are asking. Are they everything you wish to explore? Are there new or different areas of exploration that are calling to you? Is anything holding you back from diving in?

The Universe is bursting with information and discovery. The coming year will be full of even more truth and revelation. Today’s message is an invitation to ask questions and to bring your conscious awareness around what questions you are asking and how you are asking them - and what these things reveal to you about you.

This is the perfect exercise to do in preparation for the New Moon on December 30th to foster and facilitate setting new intentions, which will bolster those from the Solstice and set the energy for the first part of the New Year.
