Radiate Peace
In our most recent Curiosity is the Key to the Soul’s Candy Store Community Gathering this past Thursday evening, we discussed how to navigate the shifting frequencies of this holiday season. This message is reinforced today as we are encouraged to radiate love all around us. This will not only assist us in maintaining a sense of peace, it will also affect all those we encounter.
You are likely seeing the wildly unconscious and shifting behavior of people as the holiday season ramps up and people tend to become blinded to their behavior and choices. We also have the opposite end of the spectrum in which some are radiating more love, joy, and compassion.
Bringing our attention to this, Spirit is inviting us to be aware and to continue to choose consciously how we are showing up in the world. This affirmation is a quick and easy way to reset our frequency whenever we get tugged on by the energies of others and the collective.
Take the time to breathe into your heart space and feel the energy build there, flowing up and all around you. Ask for the presence of your guides and angels. Ask for the supportive energies of the Great Mother Gaia. Allow yourself to be held in this energy. Release any tensions, worries, doubts, fears, anxieties, etc. as you lean into this energy and surrender to it. Do you feel your body respond? Do your shoulders relax? What else do you notice? Ask your guidance team to give you a nudge whenever your frequency begins to shift out of alignment - you might be specific in this or simply ask generally for a sign.
Begin your day by saying this affirmation three times in the morning. It will also support you throughout the day if you feel called to repeat it. And, close your day again by repeating this affirmation three times before you fall asleep to help you to rest well and more deeply.
This practice in particular will also assist with all of the energies of metamorphosis and downloads that we are receiving at this time by facilitating surrender, release, and integration. You are so deeply loved!
