Squirrel Spirit

Today, we are greeted by Squirrel Spirit, who reminds us that Spirit believes in each of us and wants us to believe in ourselves.

Just as a squirrel collects nuts so too do we collect knowledge through experiences. This knowledge is a profound resource, and also like acorns has the potential to grow into magnificence. Thus, Squirrel Spirit is inviting us to remember all of the wisdom and strength we have gathered through our experiences.

This wisdom and strength prepares us for what is to come. Indeed, all of the experiences we have had have prepared us for what is to come and who we are becoming. We are ready - even if it feels like we are swimming in a sea of unknowns. This preparation is also similar to the squirrel collecting nuts to prepare for winter. Squirrel Spirit asks us to recognize that we have resources within us that we have cultivated through our lives that will support us in all the challenges that come.

The key is to relax into the knowing that you are enough just as you are and that there always is enough. This will assist us in recognizing the resources within and all around us as we step forward into uncertainty and the unknown. Surrendering into the knowingness will also open us to receive those resources.
