Take time out

We are currently in a period of intense and accelerated energies. These energies create an overall experience that may feel agitated, uncomfortable, or just off. When we are in the midst of these types of energies, we often seek to do something, anything, just to find some kind of relief. Unfortunately, such action will likely get us more of the agitation and/or discomfort as this action comes out of the vibration of fear and/or our egos.

Bear Spirit returns to remind us that we have more time than we realize and that there is no rush. We are encouraged to make sure to get enough sleep and to tend to our energy reserves. Doing so, will allow us to have more perspective and create a better strategy. It will also keep the door open to possibility. Taking a pause will further allow us to have patience and be more peaceful with any experience we encounter. Moreover, it leaves us open to receiving miracles out of nowhere.

Can you allow yourself to step back and breathe?

Can you rest, meditate, take a walk in nature, take a bath, or create space in another way for yourself?
