Time for Adventure

Today’s message invites you to embrace adventure. You have been in a period of expansion and have been learning a new relationship with safety and trust. You are encouraged to embrace life and explore.

Your soul is in a perpetual state of discovery. It loves experience for all is opportunity for further expansion. This is why you are regularly being asked to cultivate your curiosity, to step outside of the familiar, to spread your wings, and to fly.

You are supported in this by your guides and angels, who are eager for you to feel how extraordinary this life is meant to be. When we allow this type of expansion, we begin to realize in a new way that everything is possible.

Take the time to quiet the mind today. What is it that you have been wanting to try? A new class? A new sport? A new show? A new way of being artistic? A new language? A new part of your spiritual practice?

Allow all parts of you, including your inner child(ren) to express themselves. What do they reveal to you?

Are you hesitant to try any of these things?

Do you not have any idea what you want to try?

As you open and ask, listen for any new opportunities that cross your path. Are you willing to try? Are you willing to say yes?

Are you tired and/or bored of the familiar, yet unwilling to leave it? Why is this?

Treat yourself gently and try something, even if it is a very small baby step. How do you feel when you do?

Do you see that you survived and all is well?

Do you feel the inner beating of your heart and soul to explore and discover more?
