Transitions

We are all in periods of Transition. For some, it is more obvious and more tumultuous than for others. Yet, we are all in between worlds as we come into alignment with the new energies and the new versions of ourselves that are now available to us.

We have all planted seeds and those seeds are beginning to manifest in new ways.

Nonetheless, these transition periods can often feel like we are in limbo or even perhaps a bit stuck. This is the time we are encouraged to go deeper and be curious about everything.

Instead of making assumptions or trying to do things in the way we normally would, we are encouraged to try something new and to trust that we are in a period of growth.

Often such periods of growth are characterized by feeling like we no longer know how to do anything that we normally did; or that the methods we typically employed to cope are not working any longer leading us to feel like we do not have the same resilience we once did.

It is not that we are less resilient, it is that we are being encouraged to release things that have not been working for us for some time. These coping mechanisms (behavior/thought patterns) are actually part of what has been limiting us from growing further. Thus, it may seem as if they are now being taken away.

We are encouraged to try the new and the unknown. We are even encouraged in some instances to try what is contrary to our normal patterns. We are being asked to “shake things up.”

Creating a sense of safety in our lives makes diving into the unknown and trying new things easier. Safety further allows us to engage with life from a place of innocence, as if we are encountering experiences for the first time.

We, indeed, are being asked by our Higher Selves to embrace discovery about the world and ourselves. How often to you ask yourself why you do something? How long has it been if you have asked yourself if you like what you are doing? Have you asked yourself recently what is important to you?

These questions invite the exploration of who you are and create space for who you are becoming. They further encourage you into a conversation with self so that you can come off of autopilot and actively engage; or, in instances where nothing seems to “fit” any longer, these questions will assist you in finding something different.

With the addition of trust and willingness in this process, we are able to discover more of who we are. This is not necessarily a straight path and might even feel like we stumble into it.

Although sometimes deeply uncomfortable, these periods of transition help us to uncover treasure that is unlike anything we have known before.

Are you ready to embark even more deeply on the adventure of discovering you?

Your guides and angels are excited and happy to assist you along the way.

Good things await you! And, all is well!
