What IF?
Today, we begin with another quote from Abraham through Esther Hicks. It says:
“There is nothing for you to go back to and live over, or fix, or feel regret about now. Every part of your life has unfolded just right. And so — now — knowing all that you know from where you now stand, now what do you want? The answers are now coming forth to you. Go forth in joy, and get on with it.”

We have discussed in various formats the idea that there are no mistakes and that guilt and shame are learned conditioning. What does this quote bring up for you? Does it immediately resonate and find you saying within “yes!”; or does it find you reflecting saying “yes, but” or “no, not really?”
Allow whatever to come to the surface that needs to and simply observe.
I learned the “what if” game many years ago now and find it transformative. It can be easy to forget, and there is always more to uncover, so today I was asked to share it again. If you find yourself saying “yes, but” or “that’s not true” to the foregoing quote, are you willing to try to shift and align with a new energy? If not, why not? Recognizing that this is an invitation and you are always at choice - what is it that you will choose? Perhaps, try it and see what happens? ;)
This “game” turns each thing we see/feel as a negative into a positive. For example, what if everything worked out for the best? What if I would not be where I am now if those things had not happened? What if I designed all of my life so that I could step into new states of consciousness and a new way of being? What if I experienced all of that pain and/or suffering to transmute that energy and I will never have to feel it again? What if, having had that loss and/or experience, I found inner strength and empowerment that I never knew were there? What if I have all of the blessings in my life now because of what I see as a mistake I made many years agao? What if each experience is an opportunity for growth and change? What if I have found myself as a result of what I perceived as mistakes? What if those mistakes revealed to me the limitations I have imposed on my own life or acquiesed to from others?
What if it all gives me the chance to live from a place of self-awareness, integrity, choice, and freedom?
What if everything I experienced was part of bringing more light to the planet?
What if everything I experienced was part of my soul’s plan and it is all working out perfectly?
And, infinitely more versions of “what if.”
The ego and intellect may raise resistance or even argue with some of these statements. And, as a result, it may be difficult to start this process. Allow yourself to do this loosely and try it a number of times until you can feel the difference it makes and how the energy within you and around you begins to shift. Do you feel your mood lightening? Do you feel less attached to the past? Do you feel less attached by your conditioning and learned behaviors, or encumbered by your upbringing and/or experiences?
What arises for you as you play with this? “What if” allows us access to curiosity and wonder - even if we have to force ourselves to begin.
Will you allow yourself to go forth in joy and create from a new, different frequency?
Will you allow yourself to receive new answers to the questions you are asking?
Will you allow yourself to create a new and improved reality?
We would love to hear about what is revealed to you in the comments section below.
