Physical Movement

Today, we are encouraged to feel the freedom and openness that comes from physical movement.

The body temple benefits immensely from movement on both physical and energetic levels. Movement helps us to release stress, energetic blockages, and the chaos of our minds.

Furthermore, when we allow our bodies permission to move as they would with abandon we connect with a sense of freedom, sensuality, play and joy.
