Peace with What Is

Today, we are asked to make peace with what is in our lives and to know that this is all part of a greater plan and that all is well.

Repeat the above affirmation aloud three times in the morning and three times before bed - or more during the day if you feel so inclined - and breathe deeply into your heart space. Allow yourself to sense - feel, see, know, or even imagine - the arms of your guides and Higher Self around you.

As we allow ourselves to come into heart-centered alignment, we will find that our breath flows slower, deeper, and with greater ease. You may feel relief also as the energetic constriction around your chest is transmuted. Take the time to allow yourself to feel this.

We are reminded that not knowing is part of being on our journeys, and that we always have all that we need.

If you’re feeling tension around a situation in your life, investigate this and see what is revealed to you. Be curious and leave judgment behind. Does the tension come from the unknown, a lack of control, a limiting belief, a habitual behavior pattern, all of the above, or something else?

Allow yourself to look at the situation through the perspective of an observer. What do you notice?

What do you need to shift your energy and/or soothe yourself in this situation?

Can you see this situation - or imagine doing so - from the perspective of your soul? What does this reveal to you?
