WooHOO! Here We Go!

Today officially kicks off the wild wormhole energies of the total lunar eclipse beginning on the West Coast of the US in the very late evening hours - the early morning on the East Coast and morning in Europe. We have already been in these energies for days, however. If you have been feeling wild emotional swings across the spectrum or on a specific end of the spectrum, these are related to the eclipse. This eclipse is akin to an enormous full moon and, thus, will be characterized by endings and releases - it is a time of culmination preceding the next phase of expansion.

As such, take the time today to connect in deeply with your heart space and ground. As you relax into this space, practice divine surrender of all of the things that are no longer serving you, that you have moved beyond - whether known or unknown, conscious or unconscious - so that you may step forward into a greater wholeness of you.

Also, observe what it is that your body is asking of you. Do you need rest? Do you need exercise to help move through the energies that we are being bombarded with? Do you need more food, less food, different food?

Are you hydrated?

Hydration is one of the most significant things you can focus on to assist with the processing and integration of all of the energies we are experiencing. It will also assist you in remaining grounded.

With your awareness, simply observe and note what you are experiencing and know that it is all part of the energetic process at this time - even if it feels that the wheels are coming off the car or the train is coming off the rails. There is no reason to fear - and, it is perfectly normal to be experiencing the entire range of emotions humans are capable of - simply be aware and refocus your attention to your heart and a sense of peace as often as possible.

Remember, it is all part of the process of expansion.

As we go forward into the next weeks, we will be given the opportunity to reassess all of our relationships. Our relationship to self, to other, to money, to food, to health, to nature, to animals, etc. - we will be given myriad opportunities to decide how we wish to be in relationship with everything in our experience. And, this is powerful as we are in relationship to everything and that is what makes the experience of this life possible.

All of this is right on time. And, it is part of the process of expansion and evolution that we signed up for when we incarnated. You are here for a reason and you are important, individually and to the collective.
