Your Future

Today, we are greeted by the energy of the Mermaids, who remind us that we influence our future through our frequency.

It would be wonderful to be able to predict our future when looking into a crystal ball. While we may be able to see some things, precision across all aspects of life is difficult in the rapidly changing experiences of the world lately. Indeed, so much is shifting and we are jumping timelines more than ever.

In the midst of all of this change, we are reminded that we influence our future by the frequency we emit. If you have been practicing these Today’s Energy exercises for even a short period of time, you will have experienced how your energy has an effect on what you experience. When we are mindful of this, we can learn to flow like water from experience to experience. We can participate with the ebb and flow. We are able to find the purpose in things even if they may not seem to make sense to our rational minds or be our preference.

Take the time today to quiet your mind and connect with your guides and Higher Self. Invite the energy of the Mermaids 🧜‍♀️ to join you in this meditation, what do you experience?

Perhaps ask the Mermaids to teach you how to flow and glide with energy like water.

In addition, ask the Mermaids and your guides to highlight for you how your thoughts and actions are creating your present. Also, ask for guidance on what you most need to know to create the future you desire.

If you shift your perspective, is something new or different revealed to you?

Are you feeling sad or depressed? If so, what will allow you to begin to shift this even a small amount?

Do you feel helpless? Are you willing to engage in gratitude exercises to reveal the many blessings that already exist in your life?

Do you have a support network? If not, are you willing to reach out and ask for help?

Are you willing to let go of the past and be in the moment of now? What would serve you to release? What are you holding on to and why? When we create from the now moment, we are less likely to bring forth things from the past that no longer serve us.

Even a tiny change now, can have an immense effect upon the future. What are you being called to shift in your experience?

By recognizing the creative force - your creative force - of your frequency, it begins to reveal more of how everything functions on an energetic level, and we begin to feel more empowered. There is more hope, and everything becomes possible!
